National Gift Card Corp. ("NGC") respects its customer's privacy. This policy addresses NGC's practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
When accessing NGC's website, certain information about a customer may be acquired. How NGC will handle information it learned about a customer depends upon what a customer does when visiting the website.

In order to purchase reward card(s) through this website, you must provide NGC with certain information such as your name and address and the number of the account from which the funds to be credited to the reward card are to be deducted. If you wish to give the reward card to someone else, you must also provide NGC with that person's name and address. This information may be disclosed to service providers who assist NGC in servicing and administering the NGC reward card or a reward card of one of its authorized partners or resellers. NGC's agreements with these service providers contain confidentiality provisions and restrictions on using this information for any other purposes. NGC may also disclose certain information as required or permitted under applicable law, for example, to government agencies.
NGC does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals who visit NGC's website except when the information is specifically provided on a voluntary basis. Such instances where personally identifiable information may be gathered are site registrations, contest or sweepstakes registration, the registration for services and in connection with content submissions, suggestions, voting/polling activities, and transaction areas. Personally identifiable information may also be obtained by e-mail submissions containing personal information.
The collected personal information can be used to enhance your experience with NGC, personalize your shopping experience, update you on products and services, remind you of important occasions for those you care, and to alert you to future business opportunities. NGC, or one of its authorized partners or resellers, may contact a customer regarding its products or related services. NGC does not target its website to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. IF NGC determines that a person with respect to whom it has collected personally identifiable information is under the age of 13, NGC will promptly use best efforts to delete or destroy that information.

Customers may always "opt out" of further promotional contacts at any time, and NGC will take reasonable efforts to delete a customer's personal information from NGC's database.
