As part of the executive leadership team at National Gift Card Corp., Eric oversees the staff and resources for the Retail Partnerships, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service departments. This includes servicing NGC's 400+ merchant relationships and 2,000+ B2B clients who purchase gift cards or use NGC's gift card fulfillment services for loyalty, rewards, incentive and employee recognition programs in the USA, Canada, and U.K.
When he is not at NGC, Eric enjoys playing board games with his daughters, laying on the beach reading a good book with his wife, and playing guitar.
As a Loyola University Chicago graduate, Ashley joined the National Gift Card team in 2011 with a promotional marketing background. She oversees NGC’s US portfolio of 250+ open loop and closed loop brands leading annual strategic growth plans for key merchants while building out NGC’s global catalog. In addition to merchant relationships, Ashley is responsible for leveraging NGC’s strategic partnerships with aggregators, processors, technology providers and card manufactures. Through her leadership NGC is able to boast the largest plastic and digital portfolio of over 450 international brands. Continuing to bring industry trends into the day to day operations of NGC and merchant partner programs is a key initiative for Ashley, who serves on the IGCC board of directors with a focus on Education.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, and running through the scenic streets of Chicago.
Pat Doczi, who became Director of North American Operations with National Gift Card in January 2017, spends his day making sure the people who interact with NGC clients have the tools they need to do their jobs. That means doing what’s needed on both a reactive and proactive basis to keep the NGC ship sailing smoothly, regardless of the weather.
Pat, a Southern Illinois University Carbondale graduate, joined National Gift Card in 2013. This Lake Zurich native enjoys playing golf, attending concerts, and rooting on all his Chicago sports teams. Pat spends his free time coaching for the LZ Hoops travel basketball program.
A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Cynthea has been in the gift card industry for 12 years. She joined the NGC Sales team in 2013, and as the Director of Sales for Retail Partners, Cynthea works closely with our partnering brands on new business development, project management and business strategies. She also acts as a liaison between our Retail Partners and Sales teams. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her family who keeps her busy between sports, cheer and music. When she has time to herself, Cynthea enjoys running and boxing and tapping into her creative side as an artist (paint and mixed media are her favorites).
Lindsay, a Northern Illinois University graduate, joined National Gift Card in the fall of 2009. Since she’s been with NGC, she has worn many hats, but currently manages the relationships with our International brand partners, with emphasis on our Canadian brands. Lindsay and her husband live in Crystal Lake, and she enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing with her yellow Lab, Bella.
Lynn has enjoyed working at National Gift Card since 2014. Along with her degree in Journalism and Advertising from Ball State University, her prior work experience has cultivated her penchant for attention to detail. Lynn lives in Crystal Lake with her husband and their two teenage sons where she enjoys watching the boys’ sporting events, boating, gardening and walking her golden retriever.
Colleen, a Walden University graduate, joined National Gift Card in 2013. With previous experience in the Operations department, Colleen is now responsible for maintaining NGC's marketing asset portfolio. Additionally, she is responsible for all marketing program approvals stemming from NGC's 2000+ B2B buyers. In her free time, Colleen is an avid reader of all things fiction and has an affection for forensic psychology.
Eva joined the National Gift Card team in Fall 2016. With a dual role in both the Marketing and Retail Partner departments, Eva wears many hats to support day-to-day business operations. With a key focus in special projects and data mining, the Crystal Lake local is also responsible for trade show coordination. Outside of work, Eva enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
